• Foster an inclusive classroom environment that supports child development.
• Collaborate with parents, staff, and specialists to ensure effective communication regarding student progress.
• Manage classroom behavior through positive reinforcement and effective behavior management techniques.
• Conduct assessments to monitor student progress and adapt teaching strategies as necessary.
• Provide guidance and support to assistant teachers or aides in the classroom.
• Stay current with best practices in early childhood education, special education, and childhood development.
