Co -Director

Description:

Kiddie Kampus is looking for a Co-Director to join our administrative team and help lead our operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the organization, developing and implementing policies and procedures, and supervising staff. We are looking for a highly organized and professional individual with excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of early childhood education, and the ability to think strategically and make decisions for our program. Above all, a successful candidate loves working with children and has a growth mindset.

Responsibilities:

-Hire, train, and maintain a strong group of teachers

-Create a positive work environment that staff and children to thrive

-Manage day to day tasks; such as scheduling, policies and procedures

-Open and close the building 

-Educate our staff on NYS Regulations and keep program in compliance at all times
