WNY Leadership Initiative Book Group Alignment by Katie Keller Wood

Please join the WNY Leadership Initiative for this members only book group event. Book Groups are a time for individuals to discuss a book and how it relates to our work as ECE leaders. This is a 2 part event for the book "Alignment A Montessori Approach to Reimagining Work-Life Balance" by Katie Keller Wood. Together we will explore what it means to build a life and lead an organization in which meaningful work, relationships, purpose, rest, and well being can coexist. Through conversation and reflection, we will move beyond individual "self care" and consider how leaders can create cultures that support sustainable work for themselves and the people they lead.
