Leading with Integrity in an AI Era

• Discussion-centered, peer-based learning
• No prior AI or technology experience required

In this learning community, we will:

• Make sense of AI in plain, accessible language

• Explore ethical responsibilities unique to early childhood leadership

• Examine where AI may support early childhood leaders’ work—and where it does not belong

• Reflect on time, decision-making, and leadership judgment

• Learn alongside peers in a facilitated, values-centered space

This is not a technical training or product demonstration. It is a leadership-focused space designed to support early childhood leaders as they navigate emerging tools with clarity, intention, and integrity.
