Pathway 2 IFCC Professional Development Sessions (English)

This training invites child care providers to reflect on the purpose behind their work and what they want their child care practice to stand for. Participants will explore their reasons and goals for becoming a child care provider and consider how these values shape the care they provide. They will compare and contrast mission and vision statements, learn how each can guide their practice, and create their own mission and vision statements that reflect their values, goals, and hopes for the children and families they serve.
