3 Day Series on Inclusive Practices in the Childcare Setting
This 6-hour series will allow childcare provider to identify, learn, and create inclusive childcare practices. Providers will be able to identify the various elements of inclusion, list the various benefits of inclusion, explain the difference between a modification and an accommodation, identify the characteristics of an inclusive environment including specific strategies based on the child’s classification and provide examples of the eight modifications of inclusion such as creating modifications for the specific children in your care.
