Session Select Instructions
Thursday, September 18th 10:00am - 12:00pm

This training will help providers design safe, welcoming, and developmentally appropriate environments, indoors and outdoors, that reflect children’s backgrounds, foster a sense of security and belonging, and support learning through engaging activities and play.

Saturday, October 18th 10:00am - 12:00pm

The goal of this training is to strengthen providers’ understanding of developmental domains and the role of observation in identifying child development. Participants will learn how to observe children objectively, recognize potential developmental concerns, and become more aware of how bias can influence their observations.

Saturday, October 25th 10:00am - 12:00pm

The goal of this professional development session is to equip providers with the knowledge and practices needed to create and maintain healthy, safe, and supportive environments for children. Participants will explore the importance of nutrition, physical activity, hygiene, and effective responses to common health needs, recognizing that healthy environments are essential to children’s overall growth and development.
