Lead Group Teacher of Toddlers 2’s-3’s

Description:

Purple Circle Early Childhood Program is seeking a lead group teacher for our Little Kids Toddler  Classroom. Teachers will be responsible for children ages 2 – 3 years old for the hours of 8:30am - 4:00pm, Monday through Friday.

The Lead teacher shall cooperate with the Director, Assistant Director, assistant teachers and other school personnel in organizing, planning and implementing the educational philosophy and vision of Purple Circle. 

The Head teacher, utilizing input from the assistant teacher, and his or her own knowledge of child development and early childhood education and observation, shall plan and develop a meaningful curriculum for Infants and Toddlers. This curriculum will incorporate the center’s philosophy and goals.

Salary is commensurate with experience; negotiable.

MA/MS in Early Childhood Education with Certification and 2 years experience in a Toddler classroom, preferred.
