Participation Agreement

I understand this program is for Youth under the age of 25.
I have read and understand the requirements for participation of the Early Childhood Work Readiness Program.
I understand that I am agreeing to participate in a 15-week work readiness online program.
I agree to work with the Career Center to apply to an appropriate college program within 3 months of completion of the Work Readiness Program.
I understand that I agree to move into employment in early childhood within a Community-Based Organization (CBO) within 3 months of completing the 15-week Work Readiness Program.
I provide consent for the Career Center to maintain contact with me over the next two years to follow my progress and employment status.
